I am a friendly & empathetic Australian psychologist who works with adults and young people aged 16+ from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, who are facing mental health challenges of all kinds. I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Melbourne and I am a registered psychologist in France and Australia.

We all experience mental health difficulties at some time in our lives and living abroad can often add to these challenges.

My approach integrates some of the most widely used and evidence-based therapeutic frameworks (e.g., CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and EMDR) to support clients to identify their unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, explore the origins of these patterns, and develop a treatment plan to reduce suffering and live life in a more meaningful and satisfying way.
